Purlins - creating secure connections
Our purlins are high-quality components that serve as a substructure for the installation of the roof covering. The purlins can be used either as single-span or coupled-span support systems. In combination with the corresponding purlin brackets, perfectly harmonised systems are created that not only impress with their accuracy of fit and dimensional accuracy, but also form a functional unit in terms of the material used.
Our powerful SCHRAG|lite planning and dimensioning software provides valuable assistance for the dimensioning of SCHRAG purlin systems, taking the purlin brackets into account. Functions such as weight-optimised profile selection make the work considerably easier and save costs. In addition, we offer our customers SCHRAG-SMS. SMS is the abbreviation for Quick Assembly System and has it all: the system promotes faster assembly of the coupling beam system and thus reduces assembly times. This not only saves time, but also costs.
Transom shoes - customised and a perfect fit
What the purlin bracket is for the substructure of purlin roofs, the transom brackets and transom shoes are for wall constructions. The system of our wall ledgers can be divided into C-ledgers and CL-ledgers. As a system, C-wall ledgers and CL-wall ledgers are used in horizontal and vertical installation positions as single-span beams in front of or between the on-site supports. Prefabricated perforations make installation more effective. CL transoms provide the same benefits as C transoms, but have higher load-bearing capacity values due to additional bends.
