Our solutions for modular construction
Container shapes
Steel container profiles are made from raw (black) and galvanised sheet metal using the cold bending process. They are used to manufacture steel container frames. Container profiles are usually made from hot-rolled steel sheet (so-called black sheet) S235 or S355, as its welding properties are important in the later stages of container production. The cross-section of the profiles is usually C-, U- or L-shaped with sheet wall thicknesses of 0.75 to 4.00 mm. They can be manufactured in lengths of up to 12.5 metres with special punching, bending and technological undercuts and cut-outs. The technologies we use also enable us to manufacture individual parts with highly customised cross-sectional shapes. Customised, even for high design requirements.

Openings for transport
The functionality of the container is also influenced by the fact that it can be transported easily and quickly. Special oval openings with folded edges, which are attached directly to the ends of the uprights, are helpful. The upstand additionally reinforces the sheet metal at these points and no additional transport eyelets are required.
