Scope of responsibilities:
- Creating short- and long-term production plans
- Analyzing technical documentation
- Monitoring the implementation of established plans
- Preparing reports on completed actions
- Responding to irregularities and implementing corrective actions
- Cooperating with other departments in the company
Our requirements:
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Practical knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Systematic approach, self-discipline
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in production planning is welcome
- Knowledge of German or English is welcome
- Graduates of technical fields with very good knowledge of Excel and technical drawing are welcome

Scope of responsibilities:
- Establishing contacts with design offices, architects, general contractors, subcontractors
- Active sales through these channels
- Actively seeking new clients, supervising the flow of market and client information, updating the client database
- Monitoring the market and independently searching for investments related to construction projects
- Providing product advice and consulting on applications
- Collaborating with internal company departments on projects implemented in the region
- Regular work within the CRM system
- Preparing offers in response to customer inquiries
- Preparing offers on own initiative
- Reporting – travel plans, meeting reports, inquiries, and offers
- Conducting training on offered products and systems
Our requirements:
- Experience working with design offices, architects, general contractors, and building material wholesalers supporting investments
- Technical education in civil engineering or equivalent knowledge gained through professional experience
- Experience in selling products within our production range is welcome
- Knowledge of German and/or English at the B2 level
- Results-oriented
- Experience in conducting business negotiations
- Ability to prepare commercial offers
- Ease in establishing interpersonal relationships
- High level of self-discipline and self-motivation
- Willingness to travel for business within Poland
- Valid category B driving license

Scope of responsibilities:
- Designing new products and implementing design changes to existing ones
- Performing structural calculations
- Searching for new design solutions and supporting new implementations and projects aimed at improving quality and reducing costs
- Evaluating the correctness of design solutions
- Creating detailed and conceptual drawings of components
- Developing design concepts using appropriate software
- Creating and supervising technical documentation
- Implementing new products according to customer guidelines and project requirements
- Collaborating with customer design offices
- Participating in product transfer projects
- Handling technical arrangements with clients
- Supporting the sales department in preparing offers
- Assisting the production preparation and production departments
Our requirements:
- Knowledge of steel structures
- Ability to perform strength calculations
- Familiarity with Autodesk Inventor or Advance Steel software
- Commitment and willingness to work
- Accuracy and diligence in performing assigned tasks
