We manufacture our purlins, transoms and eaves profiles on modern coil and punching lines using state-of-the-art bending technology. Production lengths of up to 11,000 mm are unproblematic. We also impress with our flexibility and short delivery times.
You are always on the safe side when it comes to the quality of our eaves profiles. We manufacture our eaves profiles from S390GD+Z275 grade sheet steel. We are happy to offer other material qualities and grades on request.
Versatile eaves profiles - combined functions
Our modern eaves profiles combine the functions of roof purlins and wall transoms in the eaves area. The use of a single profile is a particularly economical solution in lightweight metal construction. And for several reasons: The ability to absorb vertical and horizontal loads from roof cladding, wall cladding and roof shear, possibly with normal forces from roof bracing etc., means that several tasks can be performed at the same time. The eaves ledgers are installed as single-span beams above or between the trusses. The top chord is adapted to the roof pitch.
